I finally mailed off my last two books for #Round14 of #LMPBC I enjoyed both groups so much #GroupO and #GroupC Thanks to all for all of the great new book selections! I read books I might not have picked up independently and that‘s the best part!! Here‘s a photo of my daughter and I on July 4th. We are on vacation which has made it hard to read as much as I like. But if there‘s any reason not to read, family vacation time is it!! Happy summer!!

Since I didn‘t finish this title during my month with it I decided to get my own copy and… it. Is. Done. Whoo! That was crazy, but if you are in to true crime and haven‘t read it already, it is consider a classic of the genre for a reason! #lmpbc #groupt #round14

A cursed planet, kept thriving only through the sacrifice of blood, & two factions mistrusting & hating each other. Can a prisoner and a queen mend the rift and heal the land?

I loved the fusion of sci fi & fantasy. The world building was interesting. But I‘m not a fan of the enemies to lovers trend, & I felt the ending was rushed with one of the characters finding a diary to explain everything we needed to know in the last little bit. 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑

What if Sleeping Beauty had to be woken by a cursed historian and a runaway treasure hunting princess? Filore & Shane partner up to find treasure and break a 100 year curse.

An interesting take on a traditional fairytale. Info dump heavy in the first 1/2, but starts to pick up speed. I liked the friendship between our two main characters, & I appreciated that destiny & true love were separate from each other. But an unsatisfying ending.🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑

I enjoyed reading this sweet story. The characters were colorful and charming and I enjoyed the story. While not the most complex plot line, it was just what I needed after reading some heavy literature. Respite after some dark literature is just what I needed! Thank you for sharing with me, @BookBosomed1 I really am glad that I got to know Blue Bishop and her eclectic family! 3.5/5 ⭐️
