so-soThis was a freight train that ambled for 150-200 pages, then hit me with 3 or 4 twists just when I thought the end would never arrive. I can‘t give it a pick, but it redeemed itself from the Pan it was headed towards. Readers must be ready with patience in hand. The social issues addressed make it intriguing, but still ... a little 😴 also.
