✍️ I don‘t think an author will be upset if he/she/they is called a writer. But usually author is for a person who has published his/her/their work.
✍️I wish I could but I don‘t have that skill, talent. I think is wonderful, amazing how every artist can transform an idea, something observed or felt in a piece of art, music, book. It is like an explosion of feelings. Intrigued how that thought process is absorbed by meaningful words

Although I had my #BookSpin and #BookSpinBingo lists all prepared, I completely forgot to post them. 😳

This phrase tugged at my heart strings. My dad...who died many years ago...was once a Fuller Brush Man. That truly was another era. 💕

This is turning out to be a cute story as only a preteen can tell it. At first, I was not sure I‘d like this book, but slowly Marci is worming her way into my heart. 😊

I‘m still deciding if I want to finish reading this book or not. I like that the novel about a young Mexican-American lesbian has many words in Spanish of which I seem to know all of the bad ones. Haha! However, I find it annoying that the story is told in the voice of this very young protagonist. We‘ll see how far I get in this novel.

I can imagine this was a #BannedBook. The novel supports the pacifist cause in WWI and its main characters, Antoinette and Dennis, are gay. Their attempt to love eachother (because they believe it‘s impossible to have the kind of love they really want) is of course doomed. And then there is the war and the sufferings of both the ones in the trenches and the conscientious objectors. A wonderful book with great dialogues. #Booked2020 (Pic: Florence)

This book was gorgeous in so many ways. The characters were fully fleshed out and incredibly multi-dimentional. There were a couple of typos/changes in font size here and there, but then again, I've never read an indie book before, and the pure human joy of this novel makes up for all that! #justfinished #lgbt #lgbtfiction #peterpan #fiction #queerfiction
