“Once upon a time, there was a little girl who was loved by everyone who knew her.“
In a classroom setting, this book would allow you to help children make deep meaning connections to lead to further discussions of cautiousness and bravery.
This book is a classic tale of little red riding hood. This story specifically has wonderful illustrations, perfectly capturing details and themes found within. This timeless fairy tale captivates readers of all ages, and makes a great addition to collections of classic stories.
This would be a great story to have children compare with other depictions of the story. They could compare the words or the illustrations. It can also serve as a great writing prompt.
Week 4: Traditional Literature. I love this depiction of the story. The illustrations are colorful and engaging. The author put lots of thought into making the story entertaining. Published in 2014.
