It‘s been a minute since I‘ve walked around a bookstore with no plans just vibes. These are the first two books that caught my eye so I figured I‘d add them to my December tbr.

#readingbracket2025 ! Can‘t believe we have only one month left till the end of the year and then we will have to choose our favorite of the year! This month my fav was Sanderson again. I‘ve been loving our #cosmerebuddyread all year and we still have many of his books left to read in 2026!
Trying to do a reading schedule for this - 50 pages daily, to finish this 14-volume series by the end of the year and return the set to my friend who began lending me these books almost six years ago. What a journey it has been. I can appreciate the world building and the work that went into it but it hasn't hit me as hard as some other series or universes that I've explored.
I have to admit, he almost lost me with this book. It‘s was just so long. But then that last bit happened and I was all in again. I can‘t wait to hear what you thought. I‘m kinda looking for ward to a different world for a bit though. #CosmereBuddyRead
pickAnother great Sanderson book. Thank goodness book 5 came out recently as I can‘t wait to see how he wraps up the Stormlight Archives. I would read a million pages with these characters. In this one Kaladin and Dalinar are trying to save the world as usual but still with twists and turns I never see coming. I won‘t give anything away for our #CosmereBuddyRead peeps but one scene at the end literally made me tear up! Can‘t wait to discuss!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I‘m a little bit behind. I was traveling all weekend. I had hoped that would give me more reading time, but I had a lot less. I had an absolutely fantastic time though. My daughter and I flew to Toronto to see Stevie Nicks. There was a lot of exploring and eating and dancing and we even got tattoos. But there wasn‘t much reading. I have about 10 chapters left, then I‘ll be back to see what you all thought.

bailedI started my DNF Diaries series on the blog to help me keep track of the books that I dnfed this year. However I‘ve done a horrible job keeping up with them so I‘ll be sneaking some in the rotation to get ready for the end of the year.
I‘m ashamed to say that I dnfed Gardens of the Moon. I want to love this series but it‘s no secret that it‘s long and complex. I‘m a new mom and I just don‘t think it‘s a great time to start this one.
Just when you think things in the tower can‘t get any worse, more bad things happen. I really feel like I need some maps and charts on my wall now that I have so much of the Cosmere in my head.
