Today‘s haiku is inspired by this information I just saw on Facebook about Dolphins.
Dolphins get high off of Pufferfish
How did they know to do this?
I thought animals didn‘t know how to get high

Oh, I am sorely tempered to rant today, but instead I‘ll join the #haikuhive with this observation from my walk in the neighborhood a few weeks ago. Please let me know whom to tag.
Old Black man sits on
His porch and eats ice cream from
A bowl in his lap
Tonight was graduation and it has brought a lot of feels for me… this group of kids were entering kindergarten as I was starting my career at the elementary school and as they grew, so did I… I literally went with them their enter schooling… I was so proud to watch every single one of them walk that stage tonight… congratulations class of 2025!!
The most exciting day of the year!!!!!!

1. Library book sale
2. Tiny grand-niece
3. Husband and Sunday jazz
4. I discovered India Rose Crawford this week—her Frog & Toad videos and pics are giving me SO MUCH JOY. Here‘s spring cleaning with Frog (the tiny booooks!!): https://www.facebook.com/reel/1219293336488930
5. The Getty Center and its gardens
This was the coolest thing ever. The town next to me had massive flooding several years in a row. They decided to move the library to higher ground. The route they had to take, the corners they had to turn, the bridge they had to go over….and they did it. Check out this video of the move.
