A fascinating tale of the origin of the doughnut, blending humor and history for young readers.
This is a great book to introduce students to longer books. It is funny and they would have fun seeing the different scenes and conversations.

I bought a new chair for the patio. Getting it TO the patio was a big adventure, and now it‘s too dark to read outside. This week I‘ll read inside. #hyggehourreadathon
Finishing off my #fallbucketlist with a pumpkin donut! I also picked up a pumpkin danish! Have you ever heard of such a thing? Let me just tell you, it's out of this world. 🤤

I‘m not a great judge of silly books, but this one felt a little flat to me. The monster concept is cute but doesn‘t quite make sense, and the librarian just going with the flow and inviting everyone to storytime came out of nowhere. The book eating did make me chuckle, though. #library #monster #picturebook
