It has been a WEEK, y‘all. Time for a #bookandabath and some wine too. Finishing this one up tonight—picked it up at random at Target and am really enjoying it. How was your week?
pickMy first book of 2019 is a 5⭐️ read for me! I loved the melancholy writing, the realness of Saeed and Nadia‘s relationship and the nonchalant magical realism. I also got to read some of it in the bath at a hotel, which is a real treat for me! #bookandabath #firstread

It has been a WEEK, y‘all. How is it only Wednesday?? Thankfully I am taking off work the next two days for a mental break which is MUCH NEEDED since I have a nasty cold. Starting my break out right with this new book about my favorite food, out today! 🙌 Also can‘t wait to finally finish our buddy read, @JenlovesJT47 🎉 Sorry I‘m so slow! 🙈Hoping to read at least 2-3 books this weekend and that will be the first I finish.
