#audioeating with my falafel and salad lunch! One of my favorite things about participating in the #readathon is preparing food the night before! 😋 Made this falafel, tzatziki sauce, and some yummy avocado dip last night so I could attempt to be relatively healthy today. 🤷🏻♀️
