The Success Principles(TM) | Jack Canfield, Janet Switzer

So I missed week 5 check in. This is my week 6 check in.
Overall:
I did good with my daily gratitude over the past 6 weeks.
Meditation was only so so for me, and I plan to work on that some more.
I read about 15 books (a mix of adult and children‘s books) so that was a big win. I have not yet started my reading journal. It is time to get started on that.
Thanks to the teammates for all the encouragement.

#BFCr3 final check in. I can‘t believe it‘s over. I keep losing and gaining the same 6 pounds. But that‘s ok. I‘ve built some strength and stamina, I‘ve got a habit going, and I miss it if I miss more than a day or two. This is yesterday‘s sweaty selfie after my workout. Something I NEVER would have posted before. Oh this week I got 6/5 workouts in and read 7 books for a 36/40 total.

So I had been off the radar lately. But with a good reason. Vacations time!!! I finished this book before my trip but forgot to put it. 3/5 since I started vacations I drink tons of water and close my rings every day 😁 here is a beautiful view of Porto. Tons of stairs in order to arrive but the view is totally worth it! #BFCr3
