#BFCr3 final check in. I can‘t believe it‘s over. I keep losing and gaining the same 6 pounds. But that‘s ok. I‘ve built some strength and stamina, I‘ve got a habit going, and I miss it if I miss more than a day or two. This is yesterday‘s sweaty selfie after my workout. Something I NEVER would have posted before. Oh this week I got 6/5 workouts in and read 7 books for a 36/40 total.
