I'm #currentlyreading Mornings in Jenin and it is a sad story. About war between Palestine and Isralel set after world war II. Usually I avoid that kind of books because they destroy me emotionaly but a friend insisted that I need to read it. It is a hearbreaking novel and I'm only at 30%.😢

Q: Do you have any new books on your shelf?

On the picture is #slovenianedition of Death Drives an Audi which is a darkly comic novel about unexpected situations. The book received European Union Prize for Literature. So excited to read it. I like to go out from my comfort zone and read some different books by coincidence.
Bavbav is a new picture book which I'll be reading with my daughter.

The last 2days were to busy for me. And I didn't read so much. Doing some paperwork and driving around always tired me.
Today I took half hour and went to the library. I borrow On Beauty by Zadie Smith and The Flight on the Falcom by Daphne du Maurier for #aam (I missed january challenge).
And I also borrow a Collection of Vietnam National fairytales by Zdenka Jermanova for #FoodandLit

I'm still reading The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue and I'm not thrilled with it. I miss action. Maybe I had expected too much because everyone talk about it and recommend it.
