This is the second book in The Seven Sisters series by Lucinda Riley. It follows Ali as she deals with her father‘s death and other things which lead her to find out about her true heritage. Just finished listening to Stockard Channing narrate Ramona and Her Father. She does a great job telling the story. Reading this made me wonder at the end if the children in our church‘s Christmas Pageant felt the way Ramona felt about it. I thought the story was very good. Puri inherited a cacao plantation from her father and an attempt was made on her life en route to Ecuador, then her husband was killed. To find the killer, Puri posed as her husband and told her siblings she died at sea.
