I'm mixing seasonal reads with some others, including a few that have been on my #tbrbingo for too long. Looks like a month full of #OctoberMustReads!

I came home from church and enjoyed another chapter of LotR. It's wonderful to see things go well and the fellowship coming back together.

Then, I considered my probably impossible #OctoberTBR. My #mostanticipated are continuing #LotRChapteraDay and attempting #LoneDove and #UdolphoRead. Plus, I'm hoping to include some other books for challenges and Halloween themed reading.

Halloween wasn't a big thing when I was growing up (UK) but my kids LOVE it. I've not kept up with a month of prompts before, but for October I've invited my kids to guest-post with me for #hallowreads. I set them a challenge to raid their shelves for everything scary and spooky and they rose to it! We've had so much fun (and now we have a huge stack of #Octobermustreads!)
