I am really enjoying this #ARC from #NetGalley. It is a retelling of Little Women, set in 1942; Beth has already died and functions as spirit watching over her sisters. Each chapter is told from alternating POVs, with a poetic interlude from Beth, commenting on her sisters lives. This one comes after a Jo chapter. This is actually the sixth #Meg book in the series which isn‘t in the database for some reason!! 😬 it‘s more of the same #shark fun- and a cliffhanger of an ending leaves me looking forward to the next book!! Hopefully the wait isn‘t too long!!! 🤞🤞🤞🦈🦈🦈

I'm loving this book! I'm half way through now and I'm going crazy over it , all the feels 🏊 I've felt claustrophobic, scared, and a few times my heart raced hahahah the ocean scares me and sharks are so scary! But I am fascinated with them! I'M LOVING THIS BOOK!! I recommend reading this NOW!!!

Not nearly as great as the first two books of the series. The pacing is much slower and drawn out, the actions bits (while interesting) start to feel a bit stale and unimaginative, and the family drama was mildly irritating. It's also got more clichés than ever & I just didn't like it as much as the others. It wasn't terrible, but rather average. Good place for a series break. 3/5.
