So, it‘s been doing this all day 😁❄️❄️❄️ ⛄️! It‘s a good way to meet the neighbors—when branches and trees fall, driveways need shoveled, electric goes out, etc. 🙈 It‘s an especially opportune time to find the elderly in the neighborhood. It‘s been fun!!! Might actually get to read at some point today. 😆

The gorgeous writing captures the eerie natural brutality of Florida in each of the short stories, it‘s extremes of weather, it‘s prehistoric creatures, the humidity and oppressiveness....

This is the view from my driveway. I live across the street from a park which has a playground and a large grassy area behind it. We have kids and dogs so it's convenient. And pretty.

The Bookshop on the Corner: A Novel | Jenny Colgan

Took a little #audiowalk through the eastern part of my #LitsyNeighbourhood. @MrBook

I live close to a large intersection. It's not very calm here, but tram and buses in good walking distance. Also in walking distance, the bakery and behind it a lot of office buildings, a small college, and lots of rose bushes along the road.

Little Britain 👇

julesG "Little Britain" used to be housing for the British Forces and families stationed in town. The closest barracks is a stone's throw to the west of my house. The houses have been empty for the past three years, since most of the British Forces left. 5y

Here is my #LitsyNeighborhood photo. It doesn‘t matter what direction I point my camera; it all looks the same. I live in the country surrounded by sugar cane fields. The cane was just cut in January and will grow to about 10-12 feet before next harvest. It really changes the look of things when it‘s cut versus tall. @MrBook

My neighborhood is a transition from suburbia into a rural area of NE Ohio. I really like where I live. It feels rural, but I am only a few minutes from everything the city has to offer. With all of the rain we have had, everything is particularly green and lush this year. #litsyneighborhood @MrBook
