We are rapidly approaching the end of the year so time to start planning the #SeriesLove2025. All welcome to join this yearly challenge to get to some books in our favourite series, no matter how few or many - every one counts.

Kenyazero I‘ll join! I‘m sure I‘ll come up with some other series I haven‘t finished later on, but I‘m going to say Ranma 1/2 because my husband picked it up when I recently reorganized my manga collection and he‘s in love with it, so I‘m going to read past the first four volumes finally. This is a continuation from when I was a teen! 6d

julieclair I‘m in! I‘m changing my approach. For 2024, my plan was “wide and shallow”, dipping in and out of a number of series. I discovered I lost the feeling of continuity that makes series reading unique and special. So for 2025, I‘m going “narrow and deep” and plan to read one book each month from the Kate Shackleton mysteries, starting with a reread of the first book,

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I'm nearly finished with the final book of A Series of Unfortunate Events. Next year, I'm focusing on #192025 and the #52books challenges, so I think I will be able to get a few more books read within series. 6d

DieAReader 🤓📚You know I‘m game!! So many series to choose from but here are a few: Chris Carter, Michael Connelly, Kathy Reichs, Kat Martin. 6d

AnnCrystal First time that I'm joining on for this readathon 🥳📚📚📚...I've been planning. I will be continuing with the Riley Thorn Mysteries, hopefully finish the Chronicles of the Necromancer series by continuing with The Fallen Kings Cycle books by Gail Z. Martin, and...my growing list is becoming a bit too unrealistic 🤔😂📚💫. 6d

OutsmartYourShelf I'll be concentrating on finishing the Miss Marple & Poirot books by Agatha Christie as part of completing #192025

For the first few months I'll also be re-reading the Maeve Kerrigan series by Jane Casey ready for the latest one to be released in April/May. Still lots to read for JD Robb's 'In Death' series as well (I think I'm about halfway at the moment). There'll be more series that I can't think of atm. (edited) 6d

Meshell1313 I‘m so in again! Love sharing and seeing what series everyone is reading. In 2025 I‘m going to read all of The Lord of the Rings books- I never read them and love all things fantasy so it seems like a wrong I must right! I also might dive into the Brandon Sanderson world- it seems very daunting. 5d

CarolynM I‘ve got a few series on the go that I hope to be going on with in 2025. The one I‘m most looking forward to continuing is Viveca Sten‘s Sandhamn Murders series which I discovered in Sweden (in Sandhamn, in fact)

JacqMac @Andrew65 A Cosmere buddy read perhaps? There are 20 Cosmere books in total. I found a suggested reading order that looks pretty good. I looked at Mistborn. The first three books, Era 1, are around 600 pages each. The first book is divided into five parts. Maybe one part a week is a good place to start? 5d

Andrew65 @ferskner It‘s very easy going. You can choose any series you want to target in 2025, as many or as few as works for you and you can add any to it as you go through the year. When you‘ve read any books in the series just post it with the hashtag #SeriesLove2025 and tag me and @TheSpineView.
