pickN. K. Jemisin is just unparalleled. Short story collections aren't always my favorite, but every story here@is strong. Jemisin experiments with different "levels" of sci fi. A few are set in worlds from her other novels, which I enjoyed as well. Her explicit discussion of representation in the introduction highlights the diversity that is woven seamlessly into every story. Beautiful collection.
