pickThis. Book. Is. Absolutely. Terrifying! And brilliant. I couldn't put it down, despite the massive sense of unease I felt whenever I was reading. It is not a comfortable or happy read, but definitely worthy of picking up. Allegories to current events abound, but I suspect this has been the case since it was first published. #scary #sobering #currentevents #handmaid
