Today, I‘m sharing my reading progress for the book I‘m currently reading and a picture of the #gingerbreadhouse I made. This afternoon, I worked on this because I forgot to work on it before Christmas. I had fun doing it. Tonight, I listened to more of the book I‘m reading. I have 2 hrs left in the audiobook so I‘m getting close to being finished.

Gingerbread Houses is a how to book.
I love Jan Brett‘s Gingerbread Baby books- so I included Gingerbread Christmas just for fun.
At the HS the art teacher always had a Gingerbread House competition- staff & students would vote. Covid changed that, at least until Christmas 2023.

Building a gingerbread house is a fun way to spend the afternoon with the grands; though it doesn‘t always meet our expectations…the icing was not holding as glue, the gumdrop pine trees were subpar, the sprinkles mostly ended up in their mouths—but there was lots of laughing and cheer!! And isn‘t that what it‘s all about anyway?

First Robotham book that I haven't loved. 😔
It started very slow & dragged on for me. Plus I found the plotline pretty predictable unfortunately.
Overall just average.
