Amiable @Suet624 I used to be a daily news consumer. I read WaPo, NYT, the Atlantic, local news sites, etc. Since 11/6, I can't do it. My eyes skip over anything that at a glance appears political in nature. My brain has disengaged. Where I would once get inspired or irritated into action, I now find myself shrugging and saying, “oh well. That's what they voted for. Not my concern.“ Even though it most definitely is going to be my/our problem(s). 2w

And my faith in the majority of the people in the US has gone kaput--draining right down the proverbial swamp. 2w
