This was such a cute and sweet manga!

The story is very interesting to say the least. Essentially, the main character, Nasa, gets saved by a mysterious girl named Tsukasa. He immediately asks her out and she says yes on the condition that he marries her. This volume primarily explores the very early days of their marriage.

4.25 ⭐️

This was so stinking adorable. I couldn‘t stop reading out moments with Fukumaru to my boyfriend and pointing out the little illustrations. I also appreciated the underlining battles with grief from the man and almost depression from Fukumaru. I can‘t wait to continue in the series.

I‘ve officially reached the point in my SKIP BEAT! reread where it‘s all ebooks, all the time. No more hauling around bulky bags of physical copies! Whee!

I also have the volumes on my iPad, but I love how manga looks on e-ink so I‘ll read as many of them as possible on my actual ereaders. #MFMarch

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Volume 7 of this series was full of laughs, a surprise “visit” to Princess Syalis‘ home, and the introduction of Syalis‘ mother, the Queen. We also see the beginnings of a low-key love triangle that I‘m intrigued to see how that plays out.

This felt very much introductory, like a pilot episode. I liked it well enough so far, would be curious to read more.
