Twainy I‘m still laughing about this book. I finished this book thinking what a horrible horror novel it was cuz it read more like true crime. LOL (it was recommended to me as a great horror novel) ... as true crime it was really good. 5y

Just finished this one, and boy did it carry me through.

This book is an amazing mingling of story of H.H.Holmes and the very true to life take of the Chicago World‘s Fair.
Fair warning to anyone looking to read a book just about H.H.Holmes, this is not it. It‘s much more a tale of the Fair, and the horrors that took place alongside it.
