For #weeklyfavorites, I‘m choosing the tagged book. I liked the way this book was written. I felt like I was reading a 1940s true crime novel. Before reading this book, I didn‘t know anything about this case. I‘ve heard of Black Dahlia because there‘s a song called Black Dahlia by the band Hollywood Undead and there‘s a band called The Black Dahlia Murder. I went and looked up the autopsy photos online and I had a hard time sleeping after that.

Here‘s my review for a book I just finished reading.

I‘m counting this book for 2 reading challenges:

Nike | Goddess of Victory: A book where the villain, in some way, wins - #greekmythologychallenge

I‘ve been #audiogaming all afternoon with the tagged book. The game I‘m playing on my phone is Cookie Jam. I‘ve been playing for years off and on. Every time I got stuck on a hard level, I would quit playing for a while but it seems like the game developers made the levels a little bit easier because I don‘t stay stuck on a hard level for weeks like I used to. The levels are still hard but the game developers don‘t want people to stop playing.

Here‘s what I‘m reading for my #weekendreads. I just started it and I‘m liking it so far. I like the writing style. I‘m not going to finish it this weekend but at least I‘ve started it.

I decided to start this book. It will work for the #greekmythologychallenge for the prompt “A Book Where The Villain, In Some Way, Wins.” This is an unsolved murder that I don‘t know anything about but I‘ve heard of it. I listened to the first 2 chapters and I like the way it‘s written. I feel like I‘m reading a 1940‘s true crime novel but I like it. I feel like I‘m going back in time but that‘s because I am. I wasn‘t even born yet.

Haunting.
The mind, the madness, and the renewal of Raskolnikov is a story that is timeless.
