pickSuch a creepy/atmospheric read, just how Joe managed to create such a palpable, mesmerising read in a novella is a true credit to his writing skills. I devoured this in one sitting as I couldnt put it down, I just had to see where it would end and it did not disappoint as some novellas can when they seem to end abruptly once they have reached a certain word count. Such a well woven story for a compact read. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
pickI didn‘t get to this short story (part of the Creature Feature collection on Amazon) last year, so I listened to it today as a warm up to #HauntedShelf. Creepy for sure!

pickI enjoyed reading this. The ending left me a little unsatisfied. I had some questions.
I‘ve had my eye on the Creature Feature. So, it was one of the first things I grabbed when I got it. This collection was all over the place. I enjoyed a few of the stories but then there were several I really didn‘t like. They‘re short books so I‘m glad I gave it a try, but overall, I think this collection was a miss for me.
