I adored this book & trivia from @Suet624 & @tpixie So cool that the owner of a PA maple farm created a museum to honor this beloved classic. The author‘s son even donated the actual Newbery Award so that kids who visit the museum and have read the book can hold the medal!

A good mix of books, favorites were Living With Picasso, The Serviceberry & Aftertaste

A very interesting account of the Witchcraft Trials. The peer pressure, mass hysteria, and the lure of power those teenage girls experienced and how they convinced whole communities to believe them is amazing AND terrifying.

My last book of November, completed tonight for #ChildrensClassicRead2025 Its age (published in 1901) shows it the storytelling & some of the 8 stories were not that great, but I liked a few & it was mildly enjoyable so I‘ll give it a soft pick for nostalgia. 🐉💚
