#NetGalley #ARC I found myself #CRAVING this book...I was fully invested in Mike‘s delusional obsession with his ex girlfriend Verity and the complicated web of lies and manipulations. As with most thrillers you can find a plot hole or two but that didn‘t hamper my reading. My biggest gripe was the way the book is divided into three parts with no chapters or breaks in each section. Rumor has it, this is an April #BOTM selection 🙌🏻💕4 stars

Jess7 I wish it would have ended differently. It feels like I read 100s of pages about an obsessive man whom did a bad thing and then took his ex down with him bc of his delusion. I really wanted there to be a twist where Verity was really pulling the strings and it wasn‘t in his head. I was really disappointed. 7y

Jess7 I agree with that! I would 100 percent read her work again! It was well written. I just wish she would have wrapped it up differently... even letting it end more questionable as to Verity‘s culpability would have been better to me than finding out I just read a novel about a stalker whom I knew was a stalkers from the very beginning.. I think I just wanted some of the boring tangents to have felt worth it bc of a great ending... oh well. 7y
