Soup is warmth, soup is comfort, soup is love… It‘s not just my #FaveWinterFood (joining the #soupbrigade here) it‘s a favorite food always.
I post about this book a lot, it‘s my favorite soup cookbook & a just favorite cookbook in general. Pictured are the Cauliflower Bisque with Buttered Breadcrumbs & the Pickle Soup. 🥣💙🍲

So, the boxty on the griddle is a little too salty for me. 🤣 But I‘m always down for any recipe that‘s mostly potato cooked in bacon grease. #DinnerByTheBook

The Korean Fire Chicken was okay, but to be honest I didn‘t follow the broiling instructions. Next time I will because I‘m sure it makes a difference. Also, this brand of gochujang is a tad too sweet for my taste.
