To the pupil I made a promise to, you were right! This book was lighthearted, fun and I enjoyed it!

My colleagues call me crazy for listening to do many pupil suggestions, I end up reading/watching/doing a lot of unusual things (recently watching Dr Who and agreeing to try bizarre food pairings), but it's so worth it and I value that they've thought about me and the relationships built from it.

ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled Definitely! You can learn a lot from kids! It‘s a good thing to be open to new ideas and experiences. I learn a lot from my 10-year-old son! 6y

“Reading - an endless journey; a long, indeed never-ending journey that made one more temperate as well as more loving and kind.” I loved this book, its quirky characters, and the setting. Now I want to go back to Paris!

Making reading a priority this year. Time to crack open an epic saga of love and war. How haven't I read it yet?

JanePratt @carryliner52 thanks! It's very intimidating because of how long it is! 6y
carolinereadsbooks @JanePratt It's worth every page, I promise 😁 6y
JanePratt @carryliner52 I'm so excited. I looked at the reading of it on YouTube to get an idea of how long... 30+ hours. Omg. Lol 6y

JanePratt @BarbaraTheBibliophage I was so confused at first thinking Ashley was a girl and did not understand how this was so popular so long ago. Then I realized he was a boy and it made a lot more sense 😂 so far I'm loving it! 6y

kelli7990 I loved this book and I loved the movie too. There‘s a second book called Scarlett but it wasn‘t written by her. I liked it but I don‘t know if I thought it was as good now that I think about it. 6y
