I haven‘t posted much lately but that doesn‘t mean that I haven‘t been reading! I finished 8 books in May and focused on choices for #asianlitbingo
My favorite was The Great Passage! Translated from Japanese, it tells a story about making a Japanese dictionary. Perfect for people who love words and language! #maywrapup

BookishMe Good to see you post again! Hope your academic year has been smooth so far ;D 6y
mhillis @BookishMe Thank you! It‘s going well, just busy😅 6y

In all the pneumonia-excitement (NOT), I forgot to post my wrap-up for #AsianLitBingo. Just like last year, I had a great time with this challenge, learnt plenty of new things, discovered many new-to-me authors (actually 12 out of the 14 I read were new-to-me authors) and made three bingos! Here‘s the link to all my reviews https://reallifereading.com/2018/06/01/asianlitbingo-wrap-up-2/

Lindy Well done!💐 6y
CourtSmall I have just read this book too and I loved it. 6y

I planned to leave the library empty-handed this morning, but I couldn't resist a couple more possibilities for #AsianLitBingo.

Y'all. This is such a great pirate-adventure-badass teen fantasy story. Super entertaining, gorgeous writing, and intrigued to read the sequel. Totally devoured this on the plane instead of working, oops. #AsianLitBingo

Mdargusch You look like you‘re very comfortable! 🙂 7y
theshrinkette @Mdargusch I scored one of those empty front row seats in coach. It was great! 7y
cdreincarnate I loved that book. Have the sequel sitting on my shelf waiting for me to have the time for it. 6y
