#Pemberlittens thanks for a great voter turnout for our next #JaneAdjacent read! Funnily enough this will be more Sherlock-Adjacent - which I think will be fun. There are a ton of books that pay homage to literary characters - we have added many possibilities to our roster. I‘ve decided to go back to 1 ch. a day with this b/c some of the chapters are a bit lengthy. We‘ll be starting Jan 8. Let me know if you want to be tagged in my daily posts!

CatLass007 The first three books in the Lady Sherlock series are free on Audible. There are about as many variations on Sherlock Holmes as there are on Jane Austen. I think a #SherlockHolmes #HolmesAdjacent #BuddyRead would be awesome! I‘m not volunteering to host one because I have no idea how it would work. CatLass007 Hmmm. I guess that sometimes the old adage is true. You can‘t teach an old dog a new trick. I‘m finding it difficult to pick up new ways of doing things or even doing things that I once would have had no problem with. My neurologist (who I see because of migraines) says there‘s nothing wrong with my memory. It is an attention issue. Short term memory is very limited so your brain has to make a decision about what to remember and what to forget. 1y
