The lampshade had to come on. (we don't like to call it cone of shame) #GhostCat is not amused. I'm definitely persona non grata for the rest of the day. Have to take HFH in for a check-up on Saturday morning.

All in all, it could have been worse (like a UTI). She got antibiotics and painkillers and I hope she'll sleep off some of her grumpyness.

julesG @HeyT Thank you. I think Ghost has a bit of PTSD when it comes to vet visits and the lampshade. Her belly didn't heal well after her spaying and she had to wear the cone and a literal catsuit for weeks. 12mo
