Due to the TV show Castle (I miss it ?) I can't help but picture Nathan Fillion (aka Richard Castle or more importantly Captain Malcom Reynolds) as Jameson Rook. So much sass ???

He really is "ruggedly handsome".

A little over 1/4 into my current read (High Heat) & about 1/2 done with my audiobook (View from the Cheap Seats).

I am also doing great sticking to my goal of reading at least 1 work by Edgar Allan Poe a day until I have finished his complete works.

Not the best Castle novel they've released. Too much like the Storm books, and completely violated Chekov's Gun. But my streak remains complete. #readinglog

Rook is kidnapped! Nikki thinks she sees her mother!! Jammed full of action. And a surprise guest at the end sets us up for the next book!!! Loved it!!!

Why can't my breaks at work be longer? Or why can't I just get paid to read all day? Too cold for me outside. A warm blanket, hot tea, and this book will be what I look forward to tonight. 😊📚

I'm sure it isn't just me that does this. 😂 I will finally get to read the new Richard Castle book though. (And whatever else I pick up)
