With some of my fanTAStic colleagues at today's luncheon: a long-time circ staff member, a branch manager, the director, moi, another long-time circ staff member, and the circ department manager (who coordinated the event). We don't feel like colleagues, we feel like family. That helps make a library comfy. 😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I'll confess that even though I'm a librarian & work at a library, I still place holds at my local public library & will renew them to their limit! After which, if I still haven't read them, I go in & personally ask if they can extend my renewal 1 more time as long as their isn't a hold on any of them. Shameful, I know, but I just can't help myself!🙈😕🙊

Another librarian adventure. Started this a few years ago when it was added to my school library but gave it up to a student. Glad for the rediscovery.
