My second party of #5fordinner would be with those that are gone but not forgotten.
Wouldn't this be a fun Halloween dinner party?
Agatha Christie, Nickoli Tesla, Poe, VC Andrews, and HP Lovecraft. What conversation!
I was tagged by @GypsyKat to do #FiveforDinner and these are my picks! It was very hard to choose just five, so I made it easier on myself by picking authors that are still alive today.
•JK Rowling
•Stephen King
•Maggie Stiefvater
•Neil Gaiman
•George RR Martin
I'm tagging everyone who sees this post!! All of you!! Seriously!! Everyone!!
Tagged by @mrozzz ❤️ to think of my #5fordinner .... this was tough for me to narrow down, but these are my five for the moment. Goldman and Rowling to thank for my favorites. Rice to chat politics. Schwab to gush over books, movies, and television (she loves Parks and Rec 😁) and Gaiman because he‘s just so damn cool.
I‘m tagging @EvieBee @read-eat-travel-repeat @AndreaReads @TrishB and @vicgreentoriafield to post about your five picks!
My perfect #5fordinner would be
Maya Angelou
Malala Yousefazi
Chimimanda Ngozi Adichi
Margaret Atwood
JK Rowling
Not only are these women whose books I love, I also love what they have to say, admire the lives they've lived, & just think it would be the most amazing conversation of my life.
Who do you want to have over for dinner?
Here is my #fivefordinner Shirley Jackson, J.K. Rowling, Stephen King, Oscar Wilde and Haruki Murakami. I can imagine quite lively and diverse conversations!
#5fordinner My choices almost became a hen party! Deanna Rayburn, because I think she'd be an interesting conversationalist. I'm sure Patrick Taylor has a million great Irish stories to tell. Elly Griffiths because I want to see if she's like Ruth, her character. Anna Lee Hunter I've gotten to know via FB, plus she's also a singer so we have something in common. J K Rowling just because.
I struggled picking my #5fordinner, but settled on these diners.
Iain (M) Banks
M.C. (Manda) Scott
Mike Parker Pearson
David R. Ross
Robert R. McCammon
I'm taking my cue from @LeahBergen and opening the tag to anyone who would like to share there dream dinner party with five authors.
