I‘m taking this holiday weekend to read as many short stories as I can, while continuing to read my TBR for November, so I can to catch up on my reading goal. Today is day one and I‘ve read nine. The best thing about this is being introduced to new authors. The Gift was really good and I‘m looking forward to reading more by this author.

Ughhh this was just okay. It's very short. The audio is only an hour, so if you have reading goals to meet or you want a quick Christmas story then give it a try!

A quick dark short story inspired by The Gift of the Magi. It was fun, though so short it didn‘t completely give the characters dimension. 3.25⭐️

A dark, twisted version of The Gift of the Magi, this was a super quick listen. There‘s not enough time for much character development but it doesn‘t really need it.
