pickThis was a book I had started and put away during a reading a reading slump. I picked this up yesterday and read it in one sitting. I liked the underlying soulmate themes being like puzzle pieces that nobody else can quite fit. I like how the author jumps in time from winter to winter without losing readers.

pickI was worried about ending my Christmas binge with this one, because the 1st 2 winters were so melancholy. However, the ending was very satisfying. Beth‘s life story and her learning about herself and her own desires are revealed to us through the Christmas season for 5 years in a row. Some humor, heartbreak and romance.
