My #TBRtarot pick this month was just okay. A quick and easy read- 3 short stories about 3 friends with 3 love potions. Each story follows the point of view of one person on the same night and what they do with the love potion. It was cute and a little campy. ⭐️⭐️1/2 : 2.5 stars. Can‘t wait to see what next months tarot card will be!

I was looking for a light audiobook and saw a review comparing this to Let It Snow which I enjoyed, but the first story here is irritating me and I‘m not feeling disposed to try the others. #Scarathlon2022 #TeamMonsterMash @StayCurious

Three short, magical romance stories by three of my favourite YA POC writers. All the stories were magical, fun, and super cute.

Sometimes I‘m just in a mood where I want to read a lighthearted romance. Prior to reading Three Kisses, One Midnight I did not realize that I needed a lighthearted spooky romance novel in my life! The cute stories of romance along with the ghostly details turned out to be the perfect mixture for a fun, easy read! I cannot recommend this book enough if you want romance and Halloween/Autumn vibes!

Apparently I haven‘t met a Halloween/autumn romance that won‘t sweep me off my feet (I see you Pumpkinheads) because I enjoyed this predictable yet sweetly told YA romance about three friends each looking for the love of their life with the help of a love potion & a magical Halloween night (pun intended…😬) Loved the humor, appreciated the ways in which authors incorporated consent, representation & more. A fun read. On sale 8/30/22.

Saturday night with a book and a drink on the patio…Definitely have to go with cider for the autumnal (Halloween to be exact) story. 🍎🎃🍂👻
