pickWhile l was away, l've read quite a few books 😜
This is the one I've just finished.
Loved it. There's a fabulous cast of characters. I loved the dialogues, they sound so natural and yet they reveal so much. Loved the way the aftermath of WWI on soldiers was handled.
The ending was maybe a bit complicated and unecessarily so, l think. Ma the book was good, so l took it as it is.
Seriously enjoying this one 😁
