This book was so beautifully written it literally brought me to tears. Lolly is at a point in her life where she is wondering what happened - the love of her life is living on the other side of the country, married & living out all of his dreams. She has the opportunity to live out 3 different days in what her life could have been like had she made different choices. I feel like everything you want to happen happens just not when you expect it to.
Love starting my day off with a book and coffee 📚👓📖☕✨✨✨✨✨

An extraordinarily sweet story about what could happen if you chose to relive your regrets and decide which path could be yours. Light hearted, not really my style, a bit repetitive but I enjoyed the concept so it lands on the Pick side more than the So- So side.

Who doesn‘t have regrets in life??? What would you do if you could see an alternate version of your life?? This book was a beautiful story about the lemons that life can hand you and how important it is to follow your bliss!! Absolutely loved it!
Wistful but with some wit and whimsy. I can't decide if I like Lolly, but Aunt Gert was a riot. Grief does funny things to people but I don't see how Lolly got to where she was at 32 - she was just a bit too flat as a character for me to understand her motivations. But, I enjoyed where the lemon drops took us, particularly the use of the second one. And while you'll see the ending coming from the beginning, it's a (mostly) satisfying conclusion.
I like the majority of what I read and typically rate books between 3-75-5 stars (B- to A+). I‘m always surprised when I have a grid 3 or more lower ranks. Thank goodness the tagged was a fun surprise!
5* = Loved It, want to shout out loud about this book! I do/will own/keep a physical copy. A+
4*= I liked it, would love to discuss. Solid B
3*=Meh, no need to discuss. Average C
2*=Nope D
1*=DNF F
My summer TBR was too high to stack this atop it, but the book kept calling me to it. It‘s all sorts of adorable so I have no regrets that another book remains stacked until next year. I love the influence of Joseph Campbell and that his recommendation to follow your bliss inspired the story - added nod to him, not lost on me, when supporting character Aunt Gert was described as a retired professor of theology and mythology :)
Sweet. Inspiring. Heart-warming. Alluring and wishful.
Basically all the feel good words you can think of, mixed with a touch of pain and grief.
LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this sweet read.
