What a page turner! I went into this book expecting an unoriginal "only one survives" scenario, and I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong! This was a fresh take and an interesting mix of reality with a hint of the supernatural. Couldn't put it down!

The full title of this book says it all: “Stranded: A completely unputdownable psychological thriller with a jaw-dropping twist”. I could not put this down. While Mandy had a bit unusual upbringing and was a bit awkward, it was so easy to picture myself in her place. How would you handle being stranded on an island with strangers for a year for a reality tv show/social experiment? What about if they all hated you & blamed you for their troubles?

Goodreads reviewers gushed about this but I found it tedious and unbelievable. And that was before the MC descended into madness and began hallucinating.
