Swimming Studies | 
More of the idiots in The Rooster Bar. Today was a good #bookfitnesschallenge day.
Walking = 3.07 miles
Swimming = 1.136
Eating = good with veggies and protein
I got to swim because they decided the cyst needs to be removed, not just lanced. That will happen in 2 weeks, and then I won‘t be able to swim for awhile.
