The book I enjoyed the most last week was the book that I read at the slowest pace. Hmmmm ... maybe #Bookly is on to something.

This is a rare gem of a book. I don‘t even know how I found it but I am so grateful that I did.

In a forgotten nook in Cambridge sits a stationary shop owned by Clara Cohen. Clara knows better than most the power a letter can have to turn a person‘s life around, so when she discovers a cache of wartime love letters, she follows them on the start of on a profound journey of her own.

The Paper Seahorse is having a letter writing contest for National Letter Writing Month. You have to answer one of several prompts in your letter. I opted to write about how I‘m keeping the art of letter writing alive. 🖋💌📬

After a full day, I‘m glad to be home and settling in for the evening. I have some catching up do to, for the #24in48, but I managed to finish one book and I‘m about halfway through another. For breaks, I‘ll be responding back to three lovely letters, that arrived in the post today. Thank you, @kaye @phatsallylee @Morr_Books for the warm welcome and beautiful snail mail - each made me smile. ✍🏼🐛💌
