This was the last #creaturecomfort book that I read. Norton, a Scottish Fold cat, is just adorable and his adventures are very funny!

@Emiller I‘m not able to have pets in my building so here‘s a picture of my favourite kitty friend, Cali. My friend‘s human read the tagged book and had to have a Scottish Fold. Hope this gives you a smile. Hugs 🤗
Love this little cat! What a charmer! Felt badly that he was separated from mom and siblings at only 6 weeks, though (that‘s really too soon from what I‘ve read). I‘m not sure the years/decades Norton lived, but the book was written in 1991, so maybe less attention was paid to that back then? There were cute little cat illustrations at the start of each chapter, as well.

I recently saw the documentary KEDI, about the cats of Istanbul. And it made me think of one of my favorite cat stories, the one about Norton, a Scottish Fold and his unlikely human companion. I read these books back in high school and they are SO fun. Norton and his human travel the world together and I have fond memories of reading these books with my mom. Definitely recommend for ALL animal lovers!
Healthy snacks for #LitsyPartyofOne. Not-so-healthy snacks to be making an appearance later. 😂
In addition to all the challenges I've joined, I also find myself in three IRL book clubs. So these three have to move to the top of this month's #TBR. #feistyfeb
Happy #nationalcatday! Okay! Seriously—if you guys haven't read these Norton books, you simply have NOT lived! SO good!!
