Ihr Programm, dessen Wirksamkeit wissenschaftlich nachgewiesen ist, enthlt Kurzmeditationen, bungen zur Krperwahrnehmung und Anregungen, eingeschliffene Gewohnheiten zu durchbrechen. Es bietet den groen Vorteil, sich wunderbar in den Alltag integrieren zu lassen und ist auch fr Anfnger bestens geeignet. Bereits nach acht Wochen sind wir deutlich ruhiger und entdecken unsere Lebensfreude wieder. Das Buch erschien ursprnglich unter dem Titel "Meditation im Alltag" als gebundenes Buch im Arkana Verlag. Buch plus Audio-Downloads, Laufzeit ca. 74 min. E-Book mit Audio-Links: Je nach Hardware/Software knnen die Audio-Links direkt auf dem Endgert abgespielt werden. In jedem Fall knnen die Audio-Links ber jede Browser-Software geffnet und ber ein Audiogert abgespielt werden.

Good book for people just learning about mindfulness.
Repeats a lot of the information I‘ve already learnt which is why my rating isn‘t as high. But I did like the mindfulness practices at the end!

So, I had a spectacularly bad day today. I had a panic attack during a client meeting while I was mid sentence. It's the first time that I've had one in public and it was mortifying. I'm trying to get over it but I keep reliving that moment over and over. Then I remembered that I had this book hiding on my shelves. I started it a couple of years ago but my anxiety lessened and I stopped reading it. It's got some useful stuff in it though.

Foxyfictionista @MicheleinPhilly I haven't heard of this book. It looks interesting. I'm a bit of a skeptic as well but this book talks about it as a science to focus one's mind rather than as a form of spirituality. It talks a lot about how we think and why we can be so destructive to ourselves rather than just how to fix it. That appeals to me. ☺️ 8y

Gezemice Sorry that you experienced that! Take care of yourself. My husband used to have them. He is a lot better now. Mindfulness meditation really helped him, I hope it will help you, too! 8y
