Book 35👂🏻🎵 - 3⭐️
Good book for people just learning about mindfulness.
Repeats a lot of the information I‘ve already learnt which is why my rating isn‘t as high. But I did like the mindfulness practices at the end!

Bedtime reading.
Just starting this...what are you reading tonight?
Two miracles occurred this week: one, I finally got my new #shelves built. Two, I posted something to my neglected blog! You can read my mindfulness books round up here http://bit.ly/mindfulnessbooks

So, I had a spectacularly bad day today. I had a panic attack during a client meeting while I was mid sentence. It's the first time that I've had one in public and it was mortifying. I'm trying to get over it but I keep reliving that moment over and over. Then I remembered that I had this book hiding on my shelves. I started it a couple of years ago but my anxiety lessened and I stopped reading it. It's got some useful stuff in it though.
