1. My progress with my full hip replacement seems to be much better after the failed dynamic hip screw operation I had initially.
2. I went out for my first non-hospital related trip out & bought the tagged book!
3. I no longer have the dressing on my scar.
4. There's talk of possibly getting another cat after having to put Jaffa down last year.
5. Crunchy nut corn flakes don't cause my blood sugars to go sky high!

Embarking on a new reading adventure: rereading The House of Niccolo series, a chapter a day. I'll keep the paperback in the car just in case.

Another day off, another used bookstore trip 😊. Today's visit was at 2nd and Charles. They had a great deal going on - buy 2 adult fiction books, get 1 free! I found the first 5 books plus the 8th of Dorothy Dunnett's The House of Niccolo series. (I ordered 6 and 7 from Amazon today.). Enjoyed Dunnett's The Game of Kings, so these should be good, too.
