I'm about 100 pages in the book I like it. My favorite part so far is when Michael is about to get pants, just in the page or two there is so much description I was able to vividly imagine the pantsing and the zap.

Micheal Vey is about a 15 year old kid named Micheal, who has electric powers. Him and his two friends Ostin Liss and Taylor Ridley discover that he is not the only one with powers. They also figure out something is hunting them. The genre of this book is science fiction. If you like books that are about people with powers or action books, you would like this.
#3 High schooler Micheal Vey lives a normal life, but with a big secret. He was born electric, and can shock anything he touches (or anything that is connected to him by metal). His life was normal other than that, and no one other than his best friend Ostin knew up until the school bullies jumped him and he had to shock them in front of a cheerleader. He then comes to know that the cheerleader, Taylor, also has powers, the power to wipe and read-
Definitely a pick. Good book if you like science fiction. I liked that the main character (Micheal Vey) is our age

Are there any books that you think everyone shall read? If so, please tell me. I need a new book!!!!
Had to bail on the Alchemist 😐 Decided to read this book for #LitsyByTheNumbers #25 #twentyfive. So glad I did because I‘m loving it so far! I‘ll probably binge the rest of the series.
So I went to Barnes and Noble today and bought some books before heading to the movies. Well this young man was being trained to work there and he came to ask if I needed anything. He then recommended that I read this series.... in such an adorable, excited way that I bought it on my kindle. And finished it in like three hours. So thanks to that adorable new hire... I have a new book series to binge!!! 📚
I am completely addicted to this thrilling series and I have read every one! I have also listened to them many times to make sure I didn't miss a second! I love this so much and although I wish it was a movie, the motion pictures would ruin the wonderful story! I suggest you read this if you enjoy to read! If not, that is a very, very sad fact and you are a sad person.
Recommendations needed for my 13-year old son. Michael Vey is the only book series he loves. I have exhausted my resources at the library where I work looking for others that he will love, but I've had little luck. Most are just "okay" to him. He doesn't like Harry Potter (gasp!) or Hunger Games. Percy Jackson was all right. He loved Diary of a Wimpy Kid when he was younger, but thinks they are too babyish now. Help!
Super popular with my middle school students. Decided I should read it.
