Two women escape to the finger lakes each from different financial lifestyles and both hoping the summer away from there hectic city lives will help with their underlying issues, they become friends and rely on each other in twisted ways they think will help them but that is not the reality
The problem I have is I felt the story dragged until 80% in and then became interesting!

This was an easy read. Some characters and stories resolved themselves a little too tidily, but overall it was a decent story.

I didn't want to like it. Young mothers who want to escape the day to day drudgery, but you learn about their frailties and why they act the way they do and then find yourself rooting for them. They're moms and all they really want are happy, healthy children. #WinterGames2020 #ReadNosedReindeer @StayCurious 16 pts #WinterSolsticeReadathon @Bookgoil #ReadYourWay @TheSpineView #DashingDecember @Andrew65 #CrushtheRush @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick
