tammysue @Kaye I‘d enjoy sharing and vice versa. I‘ve been stranded at home, no car and you can only clean so much. I used to get onto my kids for using the word “bored” but I am completely. Would appreciate receiving new recipes will keep me busy as I have way too much time on my hands! 🤨😊 6y

Lunch & blog post today for #soupersundays is this delectable Vegan Ramen Bowl from the tagged cookbook. Not traditional with its coconut-curry broth & crispy hoisin tofu, but really good. 🍲🍜❤️

I did my #audiosouping today to Code Girls. (Non-fiction about WWII women code breakers 🤗) Got about 5 chapters in & I'm loving it so far. I kept hitting the due date on the library book so I'm glad I tried the audiobook.

#MarchMunchies #soup ?❤️I love soup & make a batch almost every week--that's why there are 480 soup posts on my blog in 10 years of food blogging. Yikes!

In the bowl is the last of this week's Southwestern Veggie, Bean & Corn Chowder & in the book (one of my guilty pleasure purchases from yesterday) is the recipe I'm making for the coming week: Vegan Ramen Bowls.?

Side Note: The 'tamed' pickled jalapeños on top of my soup are still wild.??

I love all of Chloe's books, Veganomicon & Appetite for Reduction & Isa Does it from Isa Chandra Moskowitz, Vegan Planet or any of Robin Robertson's books for quick & easy dishes... I'm probably forgetting a bunch. If you do find one that cooks the food, let me know! 😆 7y

#ReadingResolutions #vacation Today I stopped by Barnes & Noble & took a vacation from my attempts to lessen my book buying (especially my cookbook buying.)😬In my defense, I had a coupon, $8 left on a gift card, & with my member discount, it was less than $14, which isn't bad for a hardback cookbook. Plus I adore Chloe Coscarelli & her vegan recipes & my three earlier Chloe cookbooks were lonely...but it doesn't explain what happened later...😱
